Join me for an introduction to your journey into meditation. Come discover where meditation lies within you, and how you can take it with you. We will use a seated posture that allows you to sit comfortably with an erect spine, and explore simple meditation techniques that I have learned from my teachers, Sally Kempton and Sri Karunamayi.
